Frequently asked questions

Getting started

What do I need to become a driver?

You must be at least 18, hold a Polish category B driving licence and have the documents required for legal taxi work. The exact list depends on the city and platform.

Can I start without taxi work experience?

Yes, we help you learn the apps and workflow. Taxi experience is separate from licence duration: Uber specifies category B driving entitlement held for at least one year.

What phone do I need?

A smartphone with GPS, a camera, mobile internet and an operating system supported by the app. Check compatibility in the official app store.

Can I combine taxi driving with another job?

Yes, you can choose suitable driving times. Take account of your main job commitments and rental agreement.

Is there a fixed schedule?

You choose when to accept rides. Agree the terms for using a rental car before signing the contract.

I do not know which documents to prepare. What should I do?

Use the form or call us: we will discuss your circumstances and explain what to prepare.

Why do drivers earn different amounts?

Revenue depends on the city, time on the road, demand and ride category. Include rental, fuel, commissions, taxes and other individual costs when estimating your result.

Is there a minimum number of hours per day?

You choose your driving time. If you rent a car, check the terms of the specific offer first.

Fees and settlements

What fees do the apps charge?

Commissions and service fees depend on each platform and its current rules. Check applicable amounts in your agreement and app reports.

What is the SPACE PARTNER fee?

The fleet partner fee shown on this page is 50 zł per week. Your manager explains the full settlement process and additional terms before you start.

Where can I see deductions?

Ride details and deductions are available in the app and settlement documents. If something is unclear, send your manager the relevant ride or report.

Car rental

What if I do not have my own car?

You can choose a vehicle from our fleet. Confirm availability, price, deposit and eligibility for the required ride category before signing.

Which car should I rent?

Compare rental costs, fuel use, comfort and the ride categories available for that model in your city. We help you choose without promising guaranteed earnings.

What is the security deposit?

It is a refundable deposit securing the rental. The amount, instalment options, deductions and refund terms are set out in the agreement.

Why are regular car inspections needed?

Inspections help identify faults early and assess the vehicle’s condition. Agree the inspection schedule with the fleet.

What should I do if the car breaks down?

Stop safely and contact the fleet. If driving further would be unsafe, do not continue the trip; we will agree how to help.

What should I do after an accident?

Make the scene safe, call emergency services if needed and notify the fleet. We will help with the next steps and paperwork.
