Joining Freenow through a fleet

  1. Tell your manager your city, whether you have an account and your proposed car.
  2. Agree the contract, any rental and settlement arrangements.
  3. Receive the partner invitation and complete Freenow Driver registration as instructed.
  4. Upload the full document set and check your profile details.
  5. Book in-person verification and take your originals and Freenow ID.
  6. Wait for driver and vehicle approval, then check that the app is ready for trips.

Connect an existing profile through the agreed process. Registering another phone number does not resolve an issue with the original account. An invitation alone does not authorise passenger trips.

Driver documents to prepare

  • A Polish category B driving licence and identity document.
  • Original medical and psychological assessments.
  • An original criminal record certificate no older than 30 days.
  • For non-EU drivers, Freenow also lists a certificate from the country of origin with a sworn Polish translation.
  • A TAXI driver ID where required by your city.

Check the list against Freenow’s current request and your circumstances. Foreign drivers should separately confirm residence and work entitlement. Agree the document set and appointment date before ordering certificates so they remain current.

Freenow ID and the verification visit

Freenow ID identifies your profile; it is not your driving licence number. Find it in the registration email or SMS, or in the driver app’s personal details. Keep the number available for your visit.

The appointment checks your identity and original documents and includes a profile photograph. Uploaded scans do not replace the mandatory visit. If the app later requests a verification selfie, complete it safely after stopping the car. Only the account owner may use the profile.

Your own car or a SPACE PARTNER vehicle

The car needs TAXI registration documents, insurance, a licence extract for the relevant operating area and photographs showing its registration, markings and TAXI light. Confirm the individual vehicle’s eligibility in your city and category before renting or buying.

For a rental, check availability, price, deposit, servicing and return arrangements. With your own car, agree the paperwork and repair responsibilities. The platform may request separate updates to driver and vehicle documents.

Settlements, payouts and take-home income

Calculate money after expenses separately from app revenue: include platform commission, fleet services, rental, fuel and other contractual costs. Check bonuses and personalised offers in your own account rather than relying on someone else’s advertisement.

SPACE PARTNER’s fleet fee is 50 zł per week, with VAT settlement terms agreed separately. The SPACE app provides income tracking and payout requests 24/7. Freenow charges and car rental are separate items, so ask your manager to explain the complete calculation.

Why a profile may still be inactive

Check that the visit is complete, documents are current and readable, and the vehicle is accepted. If one file is rejected, establish the particular reason instead of resubmitting the entire unchanged set.

Timing depends on documents, city formalities and the platform’s checks. SPACE PARTNER can help clarify feedback but cannot replace Freenow’s approval decision. Before your first trip, check your active profile and correct vehicle.
